In general, the hotel was fairly clean. The breakfast was above average and scrumptious with the toast, you will not be disappointed. The location seemed perfect almost on sea front. Also, Butlin's Bognor Regis Resort was 2 km away.

Everything was spotless and very comfortable. They made my stay luxurious. I stayed in the room that was recently refurbished and available with the bathroom, very large bath, for example. Plenty of food at breakfast, including coffee, butter and muffins. Pool was clean and there was a wonderful restaurant on site. The hotel was in a very very nice area.
