The venue is spacious and fairly clean with an excellent value and efficient and cooperative staff. The rooms are recently refurbished with lovely view, everything is fine. There is an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk - that's always a plus. Better choose this place to stay when in Bognor Regis.

The property seemed clean and the room was great-sized and recently refurbished. The food provided for breakfast was good. The staff were very very helpful as I expected. The hotel was close enough to a quiet area of the beach, shops ect, and sea front thanks to its perfect location. Also, I had easy access to Sheiks Night Club.
